We are looking for a highly motivated professional with great listening and communication skills to join the ArangoDB Oasis team as Customer Success Specialist.
You will engage with current and potential customers of the ArangoDB Oasis self-service platform to help them succeed in their business objectives on the platform. You will balance their likings of the self-service nature of the platform with a higher goal to help them succeed and improve conversion from Free-to-try to paying customers.
The Oasis team is a fully remote team working from Western Europe, so remote candidates with some overlap with that timezone are preferred.
