In addition to graph, it is natively supporting a number of data-models including Document, and Key-Value as well as Full-Text Search and Retrieval. It serves as the scalable backbone for Graph-Analytics and complex data architectures across many different industries. Developers can build high-performance applications using a convenient SQL-like query language or JavaScript extensions. Oh, and did we mention it is open source?

We are looking for high-energy, motivated professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization as Sales Development Representative (SDR). ArangoDB is a global remote company, with offices in San Francisco and Germany. We are hiring for a US East Coast and/or LATAM Sales Development Representative.

About the Role:

  • You generate new business opportunities to build our sales pipeline,
  • Outreach directly into Fortune 500 companies nationwide via cold-calls, emails, LinkedIn campaigns, and other methods
  • You work closely with the Sales Executives to develop successful prospecting strategies,
  • Document all activities within our CRM, maintaining flawless data management,
  • Drive active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications
  • Create new processes and refine existing processes through innovative thinking
  • Carve out space in nascent markets and create demand for disruptive technology

Your Skills:

  • You have at least 1-2 years of corporate enterprise software (inside) sales experience
  • Experience being held to metrics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High energy and a positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
